Russell D. Allison, President and CEO
Mr. Allison has 32 years of continuous experience in all facets of business development, from strategic planning to directing high-volume capture centers for major Tier 1 and 2 Federal contractors. He has led capture teams and managed major competitive proposals with program values in excess of $35B; while guiding the contributions of over 40 subcontract team members. He has taught hundreds of successful, professional business developers, working in Federal defense, civilian and commercial markets, in the art and science of capture and proposal management. Russ is a business development process engineering expert and a principal contributor to the current Business Development – Capability Maturity Model (BD-CMM), with first-hand knowledge of designs and implementations for achieving Level 3 and 4 performance.
